Bone Expander and Sinus Lift Kit (14pcs)

Bone Expander and Sinus Lift Kit are an alternate to osteotomes for the expansion and Condensing of the atrophic mandible and maxilla in preparation for dental Implant placement.  This unique and and latest technique is an alternate to the maxilar sinus elevation procedure. Expanders are driven into the bone with a ratchet wrench or low speed hand-piece, that decreases the surgical trauma of osteotomes.
