Returns policy and terms & conditions of sale

All returned goods must be in original unopened packaging, can't be tampered with or damaged in any manner and must be in resaleable condition

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from IQ Implants.
Call 855-747-1010 or email to to request RMA.

Returns will not be accepted after 45 days from the date of purchase.

Restocking Fees will be applied as follows:
Credit Value of $0 - $400 is $20
Credit Value of $400 or more is $40

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds may be granted:   

  • All returned items must be in original unopened sealed packaging, can't be tampered with or damaged in any manner and must be in resaleable condition.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72hours minus restocking fee..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ad we will investigate further.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the another item, please follow our regular return procedure and place new order for the replecement item you need.   Once original item is recevied, we will process a refund as usual.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless return is due to our fault or defective product.   In that case we will provide you with Paid shipping label.   In some cases when customer located outside of USA, we may offer to ship the product back at your expense, which we will reimburse by giving you further instructions.

Originally paid on invoice shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking clearly shows "Delivered".
