You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our fault or defective product. In that case we will provide you with a Paid shipping label. Return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund. In some cases when a customer is located outside of USA, we may offer to ship the product back at your expense, which we will reimburse by giving you further instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking clearly shows "Delivered".
